In this session I act as a channel to universal life force energy. I am a reiki master, trained in Tibetan and Usui Reiki. Reiki carries a consciousness of its own and naturally flows to the areas in the body it is needed. Reiki energy supports the body in healing itself physically, emotionally and energetically. It naturally brings balance to your field and opens up your energy channels. During these sessions I call in your higher self and spirit guides to come forward and bring you the healing that is serving your highest good and aligned with your highest timeline.
I intuitively bring shifts to your field throughout the session and often receive visions which I share at the end of the reiki healing. Since my specialty is in working with the emotional body, many of my sessions include bringing deep healing to your emotional field. The emotional body is the creator of our experiences and as we bring balance to our emotional bodies, often all else naturally comes into balance in our lives.

In Person Reiki
In person sessions involve light touch on different energy points in the body and I’ll intuitively hover my hands over your auric field. At the beginning of the session we will set intentions for the healing and at the end I’ll share any messages that came through.
Distant Reiki Session
Distant healing is equally as potent as in person sessions, energy work goes beyond time and space and is not diminished by distance. The session is done off the phone so we will set a time for when the healing will be taking place. I recommend resting or meditating while you receive the healing. For these sessions I will create a crystal grid with your name written at the top that is for your unique energy signature. I’ll send you a text with a photo of the grid and to check in with your intentions for the healing before we begin the session. Then I will text you to let you know I’m beginning sending the healing, and after an hour I’ll text you to let you know it is finished. If you’re up for it we’ll hop on a short phone call and I’ll share any channeling that came through during the session and what kinds of healing work you received.
